Once we have agreed to take on your commission and agreed on the details of your design, we ask for a 25% deposit before we start the job.  If you change your mind after production has started, then providing the item has not been personalized, your deposit can be refunded once the completed item has been sold.  Personalised items cannot be refunded.  Once the item is complete, we will send you pictures of the completed project for your approval.  The item will then be shipped via courier or can be collected upon receipt of the full payment.
